1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Reel Social Content ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Reel Social Content provides professional video production services including but not limited to:

• Corporate video production
• Commercial video creation
• Social media content production
• Video editing and post-production
• Motion graphics and animation
• Video consultation and strategy

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to all materials provided to us
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect our intellectual property and creative process

4. Project Process

4.1 Proposals and Quotes

All project proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on project scope modifications.

4.2 Revisions

Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in your contract. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount will incur extra charges.

4.3 Delivery

We will deliver the final video files in the agreed format and resolution. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by client feedback delays or scope changes.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final file delivery
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Materials

You retain all rights to materials you provide to us. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of completing your project.

6.2 Final Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final video deliverables. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

6.3 Raw Materials

Raw footage, project files, and other working materials remain our property unless specifically included in your contract.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a project:

• Cancellations made before project start: Full refund minus any incurred costs
• Cancellations after project start: No refund of deposit
• Cancellations during production: Payment due for work completed to date

8. Limitation of Liability

Reel Social Content shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reel Social Content, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
